Jessica Stroia
Operations Manager
Jessica has been the Operations Manager at Victoria E. Schafer, Attorneys at Law since the end of 2019. Jessica manages all client files and accounts, client billing, and inventory for the office. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Malone University in 2019, and she also holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership even from Malone University in 2019. Jessica is a resident of North Canton where she lives with her husband and son and serves as a member of North Canton’s Board of Education.
Tiffany Labriola
Probate Paralegal
Tiffany has been the Paralegal for Victoria E. Schafer since 2017, concentrating her work in the area of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration matters, she also has her Notary Public Certification. Tiffany provides support on every aspect of our clients probate and estate administration matters and she also conducts a variety of Estate Planning contests. Tiffany graduated from Kent State University in 2005 where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and she graduated from Stark State College in 2009 where she obtained a Associate degree in Accounting. Tiffany is married to her husband Kevin and they have 2 children.
Alicia Powell
Client Relations Manager
Alicia has been the Client Relations Manager since 2019. In addition to all of the work she does for our attorneys, she is also the smiling face that greets all clients and visitors. Alicia brings to the team an immense amount of knowledge and experience relative to developing and fostering relationships with customers and patients through her 19+ years of Healthcare management. Alicia received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University.

Chris Slates is the Financial expert at one of the companies we partner with, Reverence Planning, LLC. Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance, Medicaid, Financial, and Estate planning field. Chris currently holds three Insurance and Financial licenses and has been awarded the CMP™ (Certified Medicaid Planner) designation. Chris is a native of Ohio and has worked as a financial advisor since 2002. Chris graduated from the University of Akron with a Degree in Finance and Financial Marketing in 2007.
